[FONT=lucida sans unicode, lucida grande, sans-serif]I do try to maintain a positive attitude.. or was that possessive attitude I can't remember. Anyways, in light of how bad this update has been for killing alliances, if yours is dying feel free to come hang out with the Last-Outlaws!!, we war.

The good news here.
1. In game stability: This has improved for me based on experience, prior to 5.5 I was being forced to kill the game and relaunch, otherwise I would end up with a battle that was failed due to memory leaks etc.
2. base defense: I spend a ton of time trying to review my bases, building new ones, and have what I think is a good base, but prior was getting run over constantly!! Post update I'm happy to say my base actually defends :eek: I know right.
3. donations and chat: I feel this memory leak has been addressed, they likely won't admit it existed in the first place, but troop requests and chat appear to be working a bit better
4. NTG's: prior to the update I constantly had to keep my medals low in order to ensure I could get a ton of attacks in in a shorter period, and likely because I kinda suck. but now I've been able to keep climbing as NTG's appear to be showing up about 99% of the time on 5* victories!, that is a huge +

I think the true creativity of people that still love this game is shining through, I'm seeing and hearing some amazing strategies. So cudo's to you if you're keeping on!

Do I still think they have killed this? absolutely, thus far we've lost approximately 1/2 of our team that are either 1. opting out of war or 2. leaving completely

I do want this rolled back still, but am trying to focus on what's good. I hope you can do the same ... like the tagline says, have a good time!!

You forgot to mention, no longer have to wait 4 hours to retrain tactics before second war attack

Sadly even rolling back won't get the people back if they have quit the game.
Damage is done.
And I don't think they are willing to roll back the changes.
I just hope that they try a little bit to listen to the community in the future.

man, that's pretty lame. I'll troll and say you have no idea what you're talking about, simply because you've divulged nothing that is useful to the community... maybe go look in a mirror and tell yourself how wonderful you are. that's what I do when I don't want to help people but simply feel important.

the acronym is the problem here. you can't put the owness of these responses on a Customer Service Rep. That's what CS means in this instance, the expectation from the community is that we have Customer Support... but that's not true, this is something different. and thus the owness of the garbage responses is that of the manager... or someone, but not Customer Service.

and to the point though, That sucks to have read :/ Hopefully they get some Customer Support to garner real feedback and fix problems for players at some point.. I know a guy NEXON
