This 'Bugs and Known Issues' section

Hi,

I would like to know whether this section is actually meant for reporting forum bugs and not game bugs?

The reason is because every issue that players raised for the game will end-up with a "Please submit a Customer support ticket" response. If the only correct way to report issues on the game is to submit tickets, then there is no a longer a purpose for this section in the forum. There's no point getting people to post here and then getting mods to repeatedly post to ask people to raise tickets.

P.S. I hope I don't have to raise a Customer support ticket for mentioning this.

This is Nexon's forum, so I guess they can do what they like with it. If I was a forum moderator, I would close off this topic or delete it... and tell you...."Please submit a ticket to customer service regarding this issue. Thanks!"

While submitting a CS ticket is the best route for us to track ongoing issues, the forum allows our fellow Leaders to bounce these issues off each other, and see if others are experiencing a certain issue or have found a way to fix an issue. For example, one suggestion to help with game crashes might be to turn off the sound, which is something one Leader could mention to another in here. Submitting the ticket will allow us to get better visibility on the volume of an issue, and reply directly to the Leader who submitted the ticket.

Also, reporting cheaters is best done through CS where it is much easier to submit a screenshot via a CS ticket. Any work done to look into cheating reports is done via CS, so while discussing how it is an issue on here is fine, specific reports need to be directed to CS. Thanks everyone for your input, we can see how this seems a bit frustrating! ^_^

Well for myself, ive gotten ( 501 server error ), as for reporting this in game, well it cant be done when you cant even log in....... Which of course means the report cannot be filed.......... And this has been happening for the last 4 hours by the way....... Kinda annoying, especially since my shield ran out 30 mins ago :/
