I agree what the others said, they just hope that you to drop a few troop tactics in pvp accidentally, so that you have to buy more to refill. Grouping the items together by category is nice, but putting troop tactics in between regular troops and planes is pure evil.

Have said it in the first 2 weeks that the so called new war matching system doesnt have any improvement. I just dont understand why everyone say it improved a lot but 80% of my war is extremely unfair, ie. you know you will 100% win or lose when you look at the lineup.

The problem is the effect of rubble slow of the high level bastions is way too high. This feature is another "not test enough" feature by the developer, same as AR. Absolutely unfair match. We have matched a obviously cheating 10 maxed SA alliance while our side is 4SA(all around lv 260), 5CA, 1AA. I am a fool to believe this better WW matching joke.
