the kremlin has a radius effect, smaller than a barracks size. its not nation wide. not as good as you may think it is, aircraft, heavytanks, sabs > walls these wonders cost 10 million food to build. they are somewhat useful.

Edit: we received messages on facebook to respond as people didn't seem to understand the concern. Firstly our alliance is gone, it has been completely disbanded. We will not install the game again, and more importantly we will not update the wiki or provide anymore information about wonders...
