Deleting and reinstalling didn’t help me. It’s not just iOS. The android plays videos more often but still has bad periods where it doesn’t work. iOS has stopped playing videos completely for me. Black screens everytime and cannot retrain after wars or attacks.

Also happens randomly on instant retrain too, so it occasionally won’t let you retrain troops during a war. I remember this video problem starting early 2019 and someone from my alliance said he remembers it happened after the space age release.

Has been happening randomly for a good while now. On iPad and android. On multiple accounts. On Daily Rewards and Marco Polo. A couple of others in my alliance have mentioned it too. Takes so much effort to play the videos sometimes. You do want us to play the videos don’t you?
