Help! i cannot get rewards or retrain troops

i am getting an unable to retrieve a video at the time problem most of the time i try to watch a video for rewards or retrain troops. this is getting annoying, i am losing a lot of reward because of this. Please fix it.

i am getting an "unable to load video at this time" or something when trying to view ads for crowns etc.

Final dock level gives 51 supplies or something, but they are hard to come by and the only way to get supplies. victory chests and league boat mostly gives that national trade good, useless.

So can we expect a fix in the next update or just bang our heads against a brick wall.

I upgraded the dock to the latest level, cannot go back.

Not getting enough museum supplies to unlock upgrades (2 stars, 3 stars etc). It asks for 400 supplies to upgrade to level 2 but i am not getting any supplies. I always seem to get that useless national trade goods in the league boat and victory chest. National trade goods are almost useless...

This is happening often. I am not getting GOLD, FOOD or OIL rewards sometimes. U know the 3 option rewards you get everyday for completing 15 stars in battles. Sometimes i am not receiving the FOOD, GOLD or OIL rewards. This happens often, sometimes i get em sometimes i don't. I don't know if...
