Had the same recently . Reported it, got some crowns. Kept an eye on the cheater, can't see any action taken . Still active, same xp level.

I'm a level 200+ global and whilst I can spend all types of resources and put use all workers, I'm in no rush to upgrade to atomic so I can tackle silo free industrials. My decent level generals help in war to take down mid level atomic and most globals.

One way to spot a potential cheat on a base like this is, look for the estate. The estate can only be purchased with cash. A cheat is unlikely to spend money. This base has the estate. Not saying sure fire either way but CS are more interested when there is no estate.

University should've been like library, with crowns to open up additional slots like armory. Maybe even up to 5 slots, with an increasing amount of crowns for each one. Too late now though.

Anyone buying the training blessing though, perhaps nexon should take a look at that players account and ensure the crowns they used were obtained legitimately. Then either ban them if not or refund them if so.

Difficult to fully answer this, as you can add 4 sets of additional troops through stronghold if you wanted. Overall I put balanced but more variety in offence is required. Make commandos faster, better barrack air troops, enough to have a potential all air attack or similar. Heavy HP, low...
