also I noticed that when the new airstrip is upgrading, say from level 1 to level 2, the total air capacity you should have is messed up after retrains... (i suspect its just not accounting for the capacity from that upgrading airstrip)

Upgraded Mercs for level 12 have all the same stats as the previous units... i.e. Heavy tank Destroyers have the same HP and DPS as regular Tank destroyer TinSoldier
