Something needs to be done. Medal system without consider the level of the player will always be unfair. I think the reward have to take into account this. It sucks you get 1 medal attacking someone stronger and loose 20-30 medals being attacked by someone many levels over you.
Samething here. You go on an easy MP battle to loot some resources and the result is a game crash just when you deploy all your army, generals and possible spent some tactics.

Since the introduction of the glory system we are experiencing the sandbag problem on WW. This happens because these "cheater" alliances wants to climb the rank.
So how about make a rank that considers the glory AND the level (the old system) together. I think this would discourage top...

Wrong donations are one of the top problems on Alliances. Even writing the desired troops you often receive something different. So I have 3 suggestions:
