Game stops working after 30 seconds

Hi there!

Since a few days game isn’t working any more. It loads normal and you can do everything as usual but after 30 seconds or so it completely freezes and doesn’t recover anymore. This doesn’t happen occasionally, it’s like this everytime. Before the weekend it was working. You can’t even report the bug ingame because it’s freezing every single time

I am playing on an iPad Pro 10.5

Have you changed your internet connection recently?
Is the problem only occurring when you are connected to WiFi?
If so, you may be able to work around the problem by configuring your router to use ND Proxy (it may have a different name depending on the manufacturer of the router you are using).

Nope same connection as always. iPad connected via wlan to adsl Router. Was always working since I got this router for the last year. Game doesn’t even start anymore since Tuesday.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues logging in. If you could try sending in a CS Request Here (Scroll to the bottom and contact us) you should be able to make a report there. Hi!

The problem wasn’t that I couldn’t log in. It was more the case that the game simply started working after about 30 seconds or so. It started to act like this with last weekend. Until Tuesday, when the game didn’t even start anymore, freezing at 25% at the loading screen. Today I noticed there was an iPad os update ready. My iPad was running on 15.4.3 I think and I updated it to 15.5 now.
I am not a 100% sure if this was the issue but after the update the game is now working again.

I appreciate your help but in this case no further steps are needed.
