By that same reasoning, should the Greeks have zero rss and not be able to upgrade their buildings?All nations currently up for election have survived into modern times.
The Ottoman Empire did not make it; then, should accounts that choose that nation be automatically eliminated at a certain age?
Or the French surrender every match??
