This is something minor, but there are some things that don't really make sense. Blitzkrieg should stop defender spawning, yes, but the stronghold and parliament shouldn't stop shooting as well. This should also apply to Japanese TCs.

This is a good update! New bookshelf for defensive buildings. However, there are some missing aspects that people have pointed out already, such as the lack of air defense buffs. Allow yourselves to listen to the community of what we have to say, and possibly make us happy for any changes we ask...
