If you are dealing with multiple DW accounts, you can log out of the current one and log into a new one via the Settings menu. When you are logged into a DW account on a device, you should be able to easily switch among all the bases linked to that account.

Reach out to Customer Service and give them the details of what is going wrong. If the second account is giving you a "can't connect to server" issue and the first one connects just fine, then we are aware of that problem and have been working to track down the root cause.

Ask Customer Service to detach your one base from the second DomiNations World account, and then you should be able to log in with the account you want to use and link up the detached base.
