Our alliance just won a war 120-100 but then new result came in showing us losing 115-77!! Then none of our leaders are being allowed to start another.

I think decoy tactic is unfair to defending bases. It has very high hp and can be placed anywhere. Should have to have a cleared area where it can be placed, free of buildings and traps. Even Patton didn't put his balloon tank decoys on top of buildings!!
