I was seeing the chat of my previous alliance, where I have friends. i came back there, and asked to be kicked. Stay out for the night and in the morning came back to my alliance. Chat and donation worked. I don't know if the kicking or the night made the difference

We're having same problem with two members cut out of alliance chat. Please Nexon tell an official word on this chat issue, which is clearly coming as side effect of your recent supposed improvement.
