World War Matchmaking Downtime
Earlier today (4/12) World War Matchmaking was inaccessible, we apologize for this inconvenience. As of 1pm EST you can claim 250 Crowns and 5x 1h Speed Ups as compensation, this must be claimed within 5-days.
Great new feature, but my Loadout #1 keeps resetting itself, emptying all my selections, despite choosing and saving my artifacts. The other numbered Loadouts seem to be working fine, OTOH.
I keep receiving this error message when trying to launch an attack, although I'm being attacked regularly. I didn't have this issue before the latest upgrade.
In my museum, part of the icon for my Rosetta Stone now shows up as the Aztec Calendar icon, even though I've uninstalled and reinstalled it on my Samsung Android.
Some of our junior alliance members could benefit from some of my duplicate or surplus artifacts. And there are some bonus effects I no longer need at my level. Is there a way I can give artifacts to someone who needs them?
When I click to watch a video, sometimes an ad for "State of Survival: Zombie War" pops up and automatically launches a preview game, but I cannot get the ad to close. If I tap anywhere on the screen to try to close it, it opens a Google Play window to download the app. Every. Single. Time...
Clicking on the “X” doesn’t close the ad and provide my reward. Instead, it opens a browser window and launches an ad.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Is anybody else having issues with the West Game video freezing up the game after viewing the ad? I can’t close the ad and return to the game, even after the ad links to the App Store.
