4. There's higher glory to be attained for beating opponents with higher glory and vice versa
Hi Flash, is this true? I didn't see it in the post.
Hi NB, how will individual player leaderboard look like? Same medal based? Or war based.
It would be good to know how they choose next target if their first target is gone while they still have runs left. I am thinking the defensive units. That's why they go all around trying to attack them. What is your observation?
Age is not how they match you. It's the combined score of offensive and defensive units/structures. Likely you have a few low age max bases whereas the other side has a few early higher ages. Move to next age as soon as you max your attack power. Game is designed to favor that.
Raven, good thinking. Another way would be whenever planes are staged during battle, their health increase little by little, simulating repair when stored at hangar. But then again, it might make the planes over power.
Haha that's funny Maggie. Honestly I believe bhg is trying to make AI better, not worse. Their hands might be tied because the AI has to run a paltry processor on our mobile devices. So it can't compete with AlphaGo per se. What we can help is to point out exactly where the AI is off so that bhg...
I noticed shooter's detect range increased. So it there is enemy around, they will move away to attack them whereas cannon only focuses on nearest building. That's often the reason they split. Probably should reduce shooter's detect range a bit.
Another headache is the changing in path...
Thank you for sharing your stories Tim! It is the right call to fix critical long lasting bugs first. Very much look forward to next updates. I almost gave up on the game today but changed mind after reading this post.
Second this. I have found the same situation for artillery. And same for tanks. They abandon troops and walk all around base to find the opening while shooters need them to attract mortar fire. I think AI is over corrected. Previously troops don't know the openings close by but now they are too...
