I get a internet disconnect while collecting gold from my camels. At least I don't lose my army but this is really becoming a problem.

If it has been a bug for this long, we will have it all the way through Space Age. Players will continue to spend money and Nexon will continue to add unwanted content and ignore the vocal community. That's how it works. Money is still pouring in, so everything is fine with them.

Just cancel the training then restart the training and the TB will work fine. This has been an issue for like...forever.

Nearly everyone in the alliance I am in crashed this morning losing all troops. Hard to believe it would be our internet connection when we are located all over the world.

You forgot to mention the sound effects. I mean do they still use hammers in Industrial age? I want to hear power tools, but that's just me. Yes, some of that other stuff is bad too, most of it really.

They just don't have the server horsepower to support their game. I am sure they can spend more money and pay for more servers but that would cut into their profits. I can see the idle kick time being cut to 1 minute to free up some server load if they don't pony up some upgrades to their server...

I wouldn't worry about that aspect of it, I would use a junk email account though and I use the phone number my ipad is using so I won't get any calls or texts.

Just use the support tab at the top. They got it sorted out for me. Mobile Strike I had to send them a picture of my HQ level6 and within a few hours I had my crowns. The survey ones are a waste. Slideshows aren't bad once you get the hang of them for a fast 20 crowns.
