Many players are upgrading any type of building at any time - it's just the luck of the draw if the event doubles up on one you happen to be doing. Cancelling just to instantly upgrade isn't compulsory.

Yeah, that's the (luxury) problem. Give'em an inch, they want a mile. The idea isn't to upgrade all buildings of that type during the event, it's just a boost to help people along. If someone manages to upgrade all their caravans, for example, good luck to them. Be grateful for the boost.

I can understand the need for newer players to see accurate replays but for older players, after years of battles, surely replays are less and less of an issue or a need.

Something to reduce manufactory times and increase manufactory limits beyond 100.
