Why craft anything to be honest. You cant tell if you actually get the % increase You will never get anything that you can actually use all 5 lines to any benefit. Yep have to agree. Helos breathed fresh life into it and then they tripled nerfed them back to the stone age. I am still persisting with them as I was one of those fools that changed his uni up to suit them. And now you do not get any decent artefacts to 2 or 3 usable levels. And yet...
