World War Matchmaking Downtime
Earlier today (4/12) World War Matchmaking was inaccessible, we apologize for this inconvenience. As of 1pm EST you can claim 250 Crowns and 5x 1h Speed Ups as compensation, this must be claimed within 5-days.
Well I want to say thank you to Apos. His idea worked and yesterday I finally got my old profile back. They simply copied it over the new one that I had started when Dominations reinstalled with 'Western' not 'Asian' build.

Good luck. I have no idea what you expected me to do after your post 20 but whatever floats your boat. Hopefully someone at Nexon is reading this and will actually try to sort things out. I'm not holding my breath any more though.
Hard to cheat when I can't even login my account. If anyone is cheating it's Nexon who have cheated me out of the money I spent on house upgrade, and the time I spent playing this game. All to zero. Hopefully they'll finally do something about it if enough people tell them.
I am all ears if you have a better solution to getting my account back. If there is some route I've missed I would gladly try it as I don't want to start from scratch.

Nothing to do with cheating. I've been spending a long time trying to get this fixed. Blame Nexon. They are the ones screwing both me and my alliance. Sorry you are inconvenienced but think how you would feel if you lost your entire account rather than just one war.
When I reinstalled, I got the Western version of the game. I've moved countries, maybe that is why. I've been on the UK Playstore the whole time though.

Yeh, there was a tutorial. I have PM's TinSoldier but nothing back yet. It's incredible that a company as big as Nexon can be as bad at this kind of stuff.
