The manufactory perks are not working for infiltrators. I have a level 7 field kit for my infiltrators and their movement speed has not improved, in fact they are slower than they’ve ever been. They’ve actually slowed down. Is this a known bug? Will it be fixed?

Allow “Leave for Recruitment” to enable players to leave their alliances and visit others WITHOUT losing their rank, lifetime donation history, etc. Anyone - from leaders to allies - should be able to leave and return without loss. Just add a button next to “leave” that says “recruit”

Does “radar” research in level 10 of the library count towards your war base too? Will your defensive buildings gain a +15% damage bonus on your war base, If you run a road connecting from the town center to your defensive buildings?
