I like the bi-annual events aimed at reducing costs to speed up but higher you go cost isn’t the issue, length of upgrade time is. Have you all thought of running a one or two week blitz where buildings, troops, generals and even museum/library items are discounted for time? It would be great...

This desperately needs looked at. Third slot and use alliance research speed ups towards this. I, too, would spend money on a third research slot.
