People like you make others not help, if it doesn’t work for you it doesn’t mean it won work for others , not everyone use tablets , in your case the game is not losing anything if you can not log on again
The way I fix it is , I turn off Wi-Fi and open the game with my phone network, in another words has to do with your internet
