Same thing was happening to me - usually in battle, sometimes even at my homebase, but a lot all of a sudden. After a reboot of my phone (MotoX) it hasn't happened again since.

Been over a month for me as well. Network connection error whenever i'm not on wifi & game wont load.

And yes, still happening - nothing has been fixed.

I sent in the information through ingame support last night as well. With screen shots. Can't check for reply until i'm on a Wifi connect though - so still not fixed.

Tried again this morning at work - on an LTE Network connection - still getting Network Connection error - followed by two "Try again"s then just the splash screen that has not loading bar.

No hacking attempts - it only occurs when not on Wifi connection - your assumption is unwelcome and your opinion is stupid. What is Cyndia - i'll try to delete whatever you suggested if it's on my phone.
