The Training Blessing has been fixed, but all nations now train the same, as training time reduction seems to be capped at 85%. Only advantage French now have is in training planes 10m 30s with pentagon compared to 16m 30s for other nations with pentagon

Blessing not working right for barrack troops either. It reduces time, but no we here near what it is supposed to. And in the middle of it it quit reducing time at all for barracks..

What nation? French were training rpg in 15 seconds before update

French -20, Library -10, VIP -15, Training Blessing - 66 = 111. Don't complain other nations will now enjoy 91% off training times

But with the vip bonus French will be training at 111% off time once they fix the training blessing. So instead of free planes we should get free troops, still costs oil but we should be able to crown them for free. Entire army except planes

All we would have to do is take our artifacts off display before we spin. You may say all should be counted well what if we have 8 offensive and 8 defensive. Should all 16 be counted even though only 8 can be used?
