Было бы очень к стати снос ненужных зданий построенных в ранних эпохах с полным откатом рейтинга за их строительство и улучшения. Также и с Умениями и Усовершенствованиями в университете и библиотеке. В реальности возможно же снести здания. Земли которые расчищены к примеру более полу года и не используемые при этом для построек могут снова зарости.
