is there a discount event this weekend? there was a post in discord about 15% off all buildings and troops translated from the korean forum ... but there is none post in this english forum and my game does not show any discounts either

why was it not informed in forums. i wasted 2 days keeping my 4 people idle in case there is discount on any building. if this was the case i could had used them in university.
