Is anyone else underwhelmed with the rewards from reaching each of the milestones?
Supply drops which came at approx 3 per day
Faster training troops, which we can get with an ingame blessing
So-called ''special'' Marco Polo visit (which turned out as special as a bowl of fried rice in a Chinese restaurant)
Crown sale. Not free crowns for our effort but something we have to purchase!
And finally 2 x elephant archers. Whooppee!

Decent rewards are so few and far between in this game, the devs had the perfect chance to give something back to disgruntled customers, absolutely free with no catch (except to war harder), and instead the result was mediocre-at-best, in my opinion.

Your opinions?

It was as underwhelming as a steaming pile of ****e. My cat leaves more amazing prizes in his litter box than this game. Furthermore the progress bar was a complete hoax and faked every time. No game with similiar events manually tracks progress like this.

Frankly the entire event along with 6.2 are a complete joke. Lets forget they happened and pray 6.3 is a good update (has to be due soon)

Given they had a year to plan it, it does seem like they did the bare minimum. Hardly a thank you for being in the Top 100 grossing Apps in the iTunes Store.

Yeah agreed, 3rd year anniversary prizes weren't that good. They made it sound like it was going to be something very special, when it wasn't. We complain about this game on a daily basis and nothing gets doned ever...

It was underwhelming in addition to the whole community point thing being a complete hoax. It was very poorly done both in rewards and implementation. They didn't fool anyone.

Yeah I agree. A few “gifts” we received were regular things, nothing special or too amazing. That’s frustrating. Soviet Power Plant at least was a unique building with some boosts. Overall, I was definitely expecting something better than that.

It's sad how underwhelming it was and the response has largely been negative. This, despite them apparently spending a lot of time on it, at the expense of the museum development.

The event included a ridiculously impossible event, a ridiculously dishonest Marco offer, a community event that was demonstrably dishonest, and generally poor rewards overall.

A week long supply drops and resource boost would've been nice.
Whilst it appeared some effort had been put into making this a community event, there wasn't much community feel about it. I would've liked to have at least known my individual contribution to it.

nah..this was again an event à la Nexon-style. We are getting used to it. I didn't really expect something special. In our clan, we NEVER talked about this event as it was just completely useless so we don't waste our time with these stupid game tactics.
Neuromarketing and micro-reward game mechanics dont' work anymore for us. Nexon knows this but they are still targetting the new, innocent players to get them in their trap.

well..have to say that Nexon is fairly consistent in the bloopers they make..so that re-assures me in some kind...

Just imagine that Nexon starts giving real rewards and presents for free..shocking !

Good point. for an event described as a community collaboration there was little community feel about it. There was no real time way for us to engage with each other. The whole exercise was simply a statistic gathering exercise.
Actually, that's not true. Quite often this community is allied against Nexon, now that's collaboration! :D

And the statistics weren't even accurate. There is no way the community performed 5x worse over the following 7 days vs the first 3 days. It's obvious they just made all that stuff up. None of it made sense. I doubt the community got anywhere near the required diamonds and NTGs because it wasn't counting when your storehouse was full, and I didn't get close to completing even the first level reward, despite playing a lot. It was all a sham.
