Suggestion:
In a war right now we have 5* as max that can be got from an attack. I suggest that you expand this to 6* with the additional one for 90% destruction.

Reasoning: There is a huge difference between 75% destruction and 100% destruction. It is possible to get a 3* easily on tough bases and with troop cards/bombers to 75% destruction. But only a skilled player can go beyond that. An incremental * would help the good defenders as well skilled attackers gain more bang for their effort.

IMO, the 75% star is not necessary. You can't got it before 50% star. It is more reasonable to change it, or if you want additional star criteria, should be other than % destruction.

May be for exp % of defensive building annihilated, or if troops manage to advance to the center of the base.

That might be more interesting to find more ways for QV Star.

I think if anything, all def buildings destroyed would work. I actually hit that 2 or 3 times doing an commando attack. Before TC or 50% destruction. Missed the quick though.

All Defensive buildings destroyed is a great idea for the new milestone.

This milestone already works - it saves you the surviving troops.
The sixth star is too much.

Surviving troops is immaterial and hardly a consideration in WW attacks.
