UPDATE -- 5/6/2015: We have successfully resolved issues relating to Alliances. If you are experiencing otherwise, please contact us per the method below.

UPDATE -- 5/5/2015: We are currently working to restore accounts that are still experiencing issues related to Alliances. Please look forward to a confirmation when this task has been completed and these Alliance issues have been resolved.

UPDATE -- 5/4/2015: We have completed account restores for game accounts affected by the negative Crown amount issue. If you are still experiencing issues relating to negative Crowns or missing Medals, please contact us per the method below. Thank you!


We are aware of some issues with player accounts being affected by negative Crown totals, missing Medals, and Alliance issues. We're very sorry for the ongoing issues and are working hard to resolve them. We will be crediting affected accounts with Crowns as a thank you for your patience. Additionally, we ask that for reporting continued issues, such as this one, that you submit a ticket through our Customer Support department. Doing so will help expedite the process and allow us to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
