Account reset to dawn age BUG

back on DAW AGE

Hi im leader of alliance have 48 member and my account just went on DAW AGE!!! after attacking went back to loading screen then it hangs up so i restart the game and it happens my account went back. heres the screen shot.hope to get my account back. if not no more domination for me....

Aulia, are there any commonalities that have been identified between users who were affected and those who were not? I myself was not affected; understandably I'm grateful, but am curious as to how some accounts came to be affected and others not.

To provide an update on this situation, the game team is in the middle of restoring accounts -- it's not a simple nor easy process, but affected player accounts are being restored as we speak. Once they have completed all of the restores, I'll be sure to confirm so here. Thank you for your patience!

I also have nothing against resetting my account. I'll change my nick, nation and wonders. Just restore my purchased house and crowns (starter pack). Do it!

It has almost been a week and this is not fixed, I am really dissapointed. Also via the e-mail support the only thing they say is: please be patient. I have been patient for a week now. The progress i could have in a week is huge. I hope they keep that in mind

After the server maintenance. I have perks, set backs and bugs.
Perks - I have more houses, and other structures. These were overlapped with forest and other structures like a tower on my mill and a hidden barracks but i know its somewhere,
Set backs - I have had to reclaim the forest and unit upgrades from the blacksmith
Bugs - I still have no alliance gate able to be built, no settings menu or the old man in the top left giving me creds.
Since the server update I feel I have come out fairly even, please dont reset my account but I would like access to the bugs mentioned. Cheers.

Mine has been restored to an earlier point. A lot of game progress is gone! No compensation resources, crowns or anything else found. And some random errors just keep disturbing here and there. It seems to me that the problem hasn't been solved at all, it may occur anytime, again taking away our time and effort. I am not happy with your work, nexon.

I was happy when i logged in and found out that my town was back to medieval age. but like V-8, it has been restored to an earlier point and no compensation was given. What frustrates me more is that whenever I attack someone online, even if the attack has been 100% domination, no medals are saved and all my troops are lost. It gets stuck in the loading screen. This game is such a waste. This might be the best game for me, but it just frustrates me that the TEAM handling it are incompetent.

Holy Molly how many affected players. I had an issue like this with Gameloft in a strategy game about Romans, they took about 2 months to fix it, but they fully upgraded my town and gave me lots of the game currency, at the moment my interest for that game was gone so. I can only say those affected players are missing all fun so sad

same here. my account was also not fixed. calling the attention of the community manager, any news on this issue? i just want my town back to its true state and continue playing. so much time have been wasted.

It's unfortunately not a very simple process which is why account restores are continuing as we speak. I will confirm once all affected accounts have been successfully restored and then ask for your cooperation and help to determine if everyone has been taken care of. Again, thank you for your patience and support during this time!

Dawn age

after 3 weeks im still stuck in the dawn age while im much further along. Somehow the game reset to the dawn age and i cant play!!!

I think we're patient enough... But common been almost a month.................. How long can it take. Hire an intern to reset those account or something
