TinSoldier, I was clearing trees and gathering skins from animals and 2 additional workers appeared for some reason. Some sort of bug. Restarting the game fixed it but I'm just reporting it.

Tip for fixing extra citizens bug
after the 6.7 update citizens have changed to yellow color. but few citizens are still white. when these white citizens finish up their building they are being doubled. so you need to see why some are yellow and white. what significance is with this. i will share some screenshots showing the difference.
