Ten days ago I got my village swapped I was able to go to help inside the game It got solved I got my village back after some days, with 1200 crowns as a gift 
Now since yesterday, I can't connect to the game :-((( I got a message saying someone connected from another device ( which was not possible at the time) Game crashed and after that when I launch the game 1- I have a network error message Then as I,push the retry button, the game starts to load but the loading bar stops at,25% I searched the Internet. Some talk about network problems, but other games work on my iPad and iPhone, and I tried with cellular connection on my iPhone, same problem I tried to delete and reinstall the game, same thing Some tzlk about banned players ! I was hacked myself !!! My devices are not hacked or jailbroken... How can I now get support as I can t get inside the game to connect to support ? Again I spent some money on this game, some time ( I just reached medieval after maxing everything in classical) Any help appreciated My in game pseudo is also Grincheux. I don't know how to,give any game Id for the support to,check this situation...
