Alliance Chat Bugs

So I requested troops and logged off while I retrained I know I got filled while I was offline when I logged back in the troops were gone or I had no troops which this happens a lot they just disappear so I requested again immediately upon request the troops finally showed up well then my requests said 0/0.
afterwards I could not talk in Alliance chat well I could but if I restart a game it disappeared and nobody else would see anything I typed I cannot donate and I cannot request or it says 0 0
customer service advised me to go to another alliance and try and send them screen shot which I did in the new alliance my request said 0/36. It even showed the ticker saying troop request was sent but nobody in that Alliance seen it when I restart the game it disappeared like I never talked or requested so I wrote CS again. They then give me the usual Spiel of internet connection all that stuff only app open yeah okay I've done that before I even talk to you guys but fine still no luck I am locked out of my home Alliance we have 3 hours left in war and we really need my attacks in customer service is not releasing my hold to let me rejoin my alliance that they asked me to leave

Chat problem (see old alleance chat)

Dears,

form 3 days we cannot play becouse we move form other alleance and we contine to see the chat of the old alleance.

I opened 12 tickets, my guildmate opened a lot of ticket but at the beginning for the technical support the problem not exist... now say to us that the probelm is under investigation.

Please we cannot donate the troops and we cannot start a war in this condition....

Same issue here, it happens when you enter in a new alliiance

New members can’t contribute to the chat, donations or war

since the last chat update, all new members joining our alliance are unable to chat, can’t donate, can’t war, and in most cases can’t do friendly challenges. If they return to their old alliance then everything is fine for them. As usual, Nexon mend an issue only to cause far more! Has anyone else had these problems?

I have the same problem. I can see what others write, i can donate to other members. But i cant type in chat or request. No problem in my old alliance. But in my new alliance and after the update. I cant do anything.

We're having same problem with two members cut out of alliance chat. Please Nexon tell an official word on this chat issue, which is clearly coming as side effect of your recent supposed improvement.

Friendly challenge broken with chat update

The friendly challenge function is broken with the chat update: we can attack other friendly challenge but the results is not shown. It needs to be fixed ASAP, we cannot train before wars.

What was wrong with chat before besides being buggy as hell? it still is buggy as hell, I don’t see a difference other than new problems occurring. Oh, in the middle of donating troops to an ally their donation bar updates and messes with what you planned on donating. But I’m pretty sure that happened before also, so what was even fixed?

I'm currently experiencing the same issue where I will see troop requests from my old alliance and cannot communicate or request troops with my new alliance. Hopefully they can identify the issue and fix it for the game. At least I see I'm not alone with the issue. Cheers!

Mismo problema,tengo problema de donaciones 0/0 y fui a otras alianzas aver si me podian donar, al volver a mi alianza sigo con el problema y ademas salta el chat de las otras alianzas y los mios no pueden leer lo q yo escribo. Un desastre

It’s very challenging coordinating a war when you don’t know who’s seen what… we need a fix quick, and will likely have to stop warring until this is resolved.

Thanks for letting us know. On behalf of your QA-team I did a short test of chat improvement.

Testing the friendly challenge functionality was somehow weird:
I chose a base, attacked myself. In my chat (Android) the complete challenge box disappeared after my attack.
Not possible to see the results or a replay of the attack while the whole box is invisible.
It is also interesting, that after closing and restarting the dominations app the challenge box is visible for a second and then disappears again.

1. Problem solved: old challenges no longer spam the the chat. they simply disappear. (the idea is as nice as increasing the circle around town-center.)
2. Problem not solved: Still not possible to see results of a challenge
