So I requested troops and logged off while I retrained I know I got filled while I was offline when I logged back in the troops were gone or I had no troops which this happens a lot they just disappear so I requested again immediately upon request the troops finally showed up well then my requests said 0/0.
afterwards I could not talk in Alliance chat well I could but if I restart a game it disappeared and nobody else would see anything I typed I cannot donate and I cannot request or it says 0 0
customer service advised me to go to another alliance and try and send them screen shot which I did in the new alliance my request said 0/36. It even showed the ticker saying troop request was sent but nobody in that Alliance seen it when I restart the game it disappeared like I never talked or requested so I wrote CS again. They then give me the usual Spiel of internet connection all that stuff only app open yeah okay I've done that before I even talk to you guys but fine still no luck I am locked out of my home Alliance we have 3 hours left in war and we really need my attacks in customer service is not releasing my hold to let me rejoin my alliance that they asked me to leave

Update: 14:30 UTC (5/15/18)

1.) We are continuing to test alternative fixes for the ongoing chat issues. This may include wiping all current chat. We are also investigating all of our rollback options.
2.) Today's update that contains the Museum will not impact/effect chat.

In all fairness these are not the same chat problems we had back then (yes I have been playing that long too). They are new chat bugs created by the new reworked chat system that was supposed to make things better. In typical Nexon style they added new "features" (bugs).

Fixing this should be priority 1. As a community we are all getting tired of them using the production environment to beta test new updates.

Stop expending money on this game, just stop till they fix it.

All what they want is money, they really don't care about the players. Every single time we got the same vain answers: "we are working... in some sh1t!"

Here in Brazil you would be fired a long time ago.

As a developer myself i can tell you that a bug like this is no picnic in the park. Especially for a platform this large. Just be patient, i know its frustrating but its not like they are intentionally trying to screw people over. They are trying to ensure that their other updates go through including events they add every week. They dont have to do that for us.

Yeah, you said that last week. And here we are a week later, a few short hours away from these guys taking off again for a third weekend while leaving this major issue unresolved. Pretty sure they could've skipped this week's event and nobody would have cared if it is such a drain on their resources. And in the time since your last post several other bugs have been introduced. And their official reaction? One stickied post that hasn't been updated since, despite the implications of its title. Bet that $99 museum sale works flawlessly though.
