Alliance Chat Bugs

So I requested troops and logged off while I retrained I know I got filled while I was offline when I logged back in the troops were gone or I had no troops which this happens a lot they just disappear so I requested again immediately upon request the troops finally showed up well then my requests said 0/0.
afterwards I could not talk in Alliance chat well I could but if I restart a game it disappeared and nobody else would see anything I typed I cannot donate and I cannot request or it says 0 0
customer service advised me to go to another alliance and try and send them screen shot which I did in the new alliance my request said 0/36. It even showed the ticker saying troop request was sent but nobody in that Alliance seen it when I restart the game it disappeared like I never talked or requested so I wrote CS again. They then give me the usual Spiel of internet connection all that stuff only app open yeah okay I've done that before I even talk to you guys but fine still no luck I am locked out of my home Alliance we have 3 hours left in war and we really need my attacks in customer service is not releasing my hold to let me rejoin my alliance that they asked me to leave

I cannot belive that we report a general bug.. And u keep say.. U solve it.

From 1week and a half i have a bug like this... I leave frim an alliance and start new one . When i start that new one, me and all my allies see last alliance chat but this chat at actualy alliance we dont see we cannot request troupes . Every print screen i gave it to u . U keep say " we fix it.. We restart chatroom. Pls restart game and . Play..."
How can we play if it not fixed ..i keep wonder what said the people who spent money here...i think they have to ask mo ey back.. Becouse your tech team is the most unprepared team i ever see.. I play many games . And i did not saw that at supercell team....pay them to fix it .. U are a lowlife team !!

I have tried many times but still can not send messages in alliance, and send help from friends, what happened and what i have to do .. i can not communicate with my friend in alliance .. please help .. !!

My alliance have 20 player that cannot chat or ask troops for war .... i think if the problem cannot solve fast, someone go to found another game ....

this is like the last straw that broke the camels back ... Players quitting everywhere
a week to respond and we get it is fixed when it is clearly not
the ineptness is staggering

2 Coleaders of our Alliance are locked out of our chat. This bug is not fixed. Donations are no longer capped as well and some players cannot be donated to at all as they show as 0/0 in requests. All our players effected have tried clearing cache as well as uninstall reinstall. The issue is a huge headache. Please fix it.

I can't request alliance troops for war attacks. I am using troop tactics and hitting low instead. It would be a nice gesture if BHG gave everyone affected some armies.

Chat issue investigation

Hello, as I’m affected by chat issue in last 4 days, I’ve done small investigation which I think might me useful for BHG development team in order to fix it.
I was leaving and accessing lots of open and invite only alliances, some of them created years ago, others few months ago.
I’ve found that chat is probably split on different servers - for older alliances on old servers, for newer alliances on new servers. If player change old alliance with another old alliance, he will have chat issue. However, if player was long time in new alliance and change it with old alliance, then he will not have any chat issues.
I hope this may help BHG to resolve issue faster.

I have 40+ players in my alliance (WRX GARAGE) and this chat issue is affecting all of us. Can't donate unless both players are on at the exact same time. Chat disappears when starting game. Started a little over 7 days ago. We only get bot responses from customer service.

I thought maybe joining another alliance and coming back might help, but it made it even worse; now I am not available for war.
