Alliance Medal Requirements

Hey guys,

Quick questions here for Alliance leaders.

1.) How do you know what is the right minimum medal requirement for your league?

2.) What kind of players are attracted to leagues with ---- medal requirement?

200 medals, 300 medals, 400 medals.....2,000 medals.

3.). What are the pros and cons of each medal requirement level?

I have been in two leagues one with an 800 medal requirement and one with no requirement which later became a 400 medal requirement. Both leagues are almost full now. One has just about every member over 100stars. The other one, most of the group members are still under 100stars.

4.). How do you know when your group is ready to hive or ready to branch out and form two groups? When do you think is a good time to form two groups from one? Anybody here have experience cultivating multiple leagues or growing one group into two groups and growing two groups into four groups and so on and so forth?

All depends how much you want new people to join (and if you care about WW's much), we've dropped ours to only 200 to get some fresh faces in.

I suppose it comes down to how much investment you want to put into low level players. If you drop beneath 400 you are taking on a teaching role and need to be prepared to invest the time donating and educating low level players which can be taxing and frustrating as well as rewarding. Between 400 and 800 you get a lot of gunpowder to enlightenment. We are currently trying to be very serious about moving up the ladder so have bumped to 800 only to try and get global and high level industrial. Industrial and Global won't pick you just by your medal limit though..

Anyone heard of player - attila the Hun ? Hes just joined my old clan. He seems nice enough but theres def history there Id like to know.
Hes on xp 159 and over 2100 medals. Very rare these types of players just wonder in clanless. We arent at war atm either. :|
