Alliance Research v8.4 Update

I cannot seem to find what I’m looking for or getting any response from NEXON. Getting hacked off as I have payed to play this game for my enjoyment. I sent messages saying that our alliance CANNOT get into the wars when we press the tab. IS THERE ANYONE ELS HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS GETTING FURIOUSLY MAD LOL

The above has been going on for three days plus now

Semper , we had that issue a year back. CS had to fix it. It took a good 3-4 weeks before they did. To escalate it, I had everyone in the alliance message CS. All of that happened to us during an event that requires war participation. It was VERY frustrating. I even messaged Tinsoldier about it many times.

Why would someone that has been playing over 5 years be in an Alliance but never be in any Wars or donate to Parliament laws. All they do is occasionally ask and get troop donations. Please give me your thoughts if this is good gameplay.
