Amelia (Ninety Nines Research problem)

Hi Friends,
i am facing a severe problem.
My last research in Amelia (ninety Nines) should got completed 3 days back. But at that time, workers got free and research did not completed.
it say " oil production time remaining 1d 11 hr".
i contacted customer service 3 times, but they are unable to resolve it yet.
i tried to finish it for 300 crowns, it says not enough crowns (whereas i have more than enough crowns)
Pl help me out.
