anyone seen a base with the rocket arsenal?

Arsenal is a perfect building to prevent mp attack. When I see a base with RA (usually combined with maxed CWA walls) even with 1kk+ resources, I usually hit next, because I clearly understand what is waiting my army there. As for real defense it’s not hard, a few attacks that I made on it I just used decoy to distract bazooka men while my shooters did the rest.

are you saying that when you see RA you know a lot of effort has been put into the base, so you are likely to be surprised?

revewing my experience ... i'd say they are rare.
i've seen likely less than 20 bases with them so far.
i'm working on selassie to get one for myself, but i'm guessing most people evaluate it as an unworthy effort.
