Atomium not affected by library research (Heritage)

Is it intended that the Heritage research which strengthens the power of all economic wonders by 10% does not buff the "10% shorter uni research time" buff?
Wondering myself for quite a while now, cause to me research time sounds like a part of economy.

Even if it would buff that, it would increase by 1% (10% of 10%). That's how it is with the other Wonder related technologies. So not a huge change, though still a difference.

But yes, I also think that should be considered an economic power.

Description of Heritage chapters is pretty clear, "pre-atomic age wonders" should be self-explanatory. Atomium is atomic age wonder, so not affected by heritage.

hmm i see it also says that for the 4th chapter affecting cooldowns. lol so blitzkrieg will be available every 22h but satellites every 24h

You´re right, just checked the english version. That´s the reason why to play in english. The german description is unclear there.
