Axp not worrking

TinSoldier Just wondering if anyone is showing this. We won it in war but it's not showing nor is it being added! What's going on this seems to be a real issue. Our players would like the perks others are getting. Is this an issuer for others or is it just us? https://imgur.com/a/KsSiV. Seriously want to argue I have proof https://imgur.com/a/4pHm5 it's amazing that we searched instantly after our war and got a match instantly. The other team is at level 2. This is the reply we received.

​​​​​"Regarding your concern, Alliance XP (AXP) will be awarded only to the wars started on the full deployment of the 5.7 update(Global force update which was launched on July 12,2017 at 5pm UTC). Any wars started before this will not earn the AXP."

Happened to my alliance too. We earned 345 AXP, and it shows on our world war history screen, but it did not advance us to level 2 like it should have.

U must not have seen the screen shot where it shows us earning it but not rewarding it. Take a closer look at that.

tollboothwillie is correct - AXP was turned on after all players were switched over to 5.7. Your Alliance needed to start a new war after this switch as well.

There is a visual error, showing a miss-match with the AXP total. I will add this to the known issues thread for more details. This visual bug does not prevent your Alliance from earning AXP, leveling up, or benefiting from Alliance Perks.

How did the other team win there axp yet we didn't? They moved to level 2 we got nothing. guys are not getting it. So no the guy above is clearly wrong as are you! Dutch warlords moved to level 2 axp counted for them. Yet we got none! So simple to look at the leaderboard and clearly see they are at level 2 and have not finished a war and we are clearly showing level 1 no axp and the screen shot even shows them at level 2. I'm a little ticked now. Seriously you guys at nexon arnt seeing the issue. The other team got there axp and we did not. So why did they get there's yet we didn't get any seems fair they are at level 2 we didn't earn a single axp and I will get a coleader from that alliance to confirm this if I need to!

TinSoldier Need to get some clairifiation. When you say "all players" to switch to 5.7, do you mean all players in the clan or the players participating in the world war?

My clan "Global Elite 50" promote to AXP Level 1 in the 1st World War after the 5.7 update. At the 2nd World War, we won and got 500 AXP but was not credited and not promoted to AXP Level 2. Our opponent who lost, got promoted to AXP Level 2, so I guess it is working for them.

Feedback to CS and response back is "Developer is aware and working on this bug".

Really like to know whether it is a bug or is it the "All Players to 5.7".
