Battle log access impossible over LTE network

Hello everyone,

I would like to know if i'm the only one who can't access the battle log ( message center ) when playing on LTE network.. The message window opens but nothing is shown. Before the last update, when I was trying to access that message centre, it would crash the game completely and force close it. With the last update the game dosen't force close but nothing is shown on the page..

It could be that the game is taking a long time to load the data.
Also, it's been mentioned a few times that the game is supposed to be more stable running on Wi-Fi as opposed to carrier signal.
What's your specific device, OS version and game build, if you don't mind me asking?

I'm running the version 1.2.38 on my Galaxy Note 4 running Android 4.4.4 on the Telus network in Quebec.. I know that the game is more stable on Wi-Fi, and that's normal but I would understand more if the battle log would show up after a moment but it doesn't show even after 2 minutes.. I've also noticed that the game doesn't seem to send the request on the server as there is not data transfer during the wait.

Hi, manudion12 -- thanks for reporting this issue and including your device, OS and game version. All of that is extremely helpful to the game team to help them determine what might be causing the issue. I'll let you know if I receive any updates on this from them, thanks!
