better communication about bans

Look at how other companies handle information about cheaters. for example every 6 weeks there is a report like this:

they offer numbers (not names) and mention cheats that have been recently addressed.
Also they send every time a feedback if one of my reports result in actions against players. Again no names, but it strengthens the confidence that reports are taken seriously.

maybe this would be an option also for BHG ;-)

one of the most well managed games out there HCR2, does exactly the same....
Their focus is first and foremost game quality and second player satisfaction.
Everything else comes later.

This suggestion is great and deserves more attention from developers.
It would be a show of professionalism while gaining the trust of honest players that I imagine to be the vast majority and also of interest to the majority.
I realize that the lack of transparency in this regard is one of the reasons why players drop out of the game or don't feel comfortable making in-app purchases.

What to say more than people mentioned in cheating are back in game after 14 days period probably with just last warning and same hacked museums like before.
