If we elect to NOT use this button on the random target selected, AND the target has been destroyed by other means, shouldn’t the silo alarm stop?

Lol I don’t have it but followed some YouTube links. Is the annoying scan animation every time you hit next real too?

Happy to pass the suggestion along to the team about the sound.

While the scan animation will play every time you look for the next match, It only takes about 3 of the 30 seconds you have to evaluate a base before the battle starts.

The problem is people dont evaluate a base in 30 seconds, people can evaluate a base within 2 seconds. Then a 3 second animation is very annoying.

3 of 30 is 10%

10% is bigger than a lot of upgrades and bonuses in dominations. it is huge.

There are times I may battle up to 25-50 times in a row in MP. The sound and scan are just annoying. In fact, so annoying that lately, I no longer rearm the silo just so I can avoid those two.

Yeah with sound on you hear whats going on in the match. You get warnings from a silo starting to fire in case you missed it because it was hidden you get warnings when a general goes down etc. the thing you need to shut off is the music. But i am afraid manifesto and noangel dont understand this.

As pckrn said. 3 seconds of 30 seconds is a lot, if you want to thoroughly evaluate a base before attacking it... (especially in higher leagues with difficult bases)

Why isn't the 3 seconds just separate then?

(For perspective, upgrading war tactic lengths by 1/2 seconds can cost millions of food)

Manifesto understands this, he just doesn't care.
A missile reticle is as good a warning sign as any, I just don't go to pieces if I miss the silo and a missile targets my troops.

Did not customer support advise to switch off sound and music on problems? I have it switched off to reduce number of problems ;-)

I get the animation seemed cool. And maybe it was the first couple of times I saw it. But it doesn’t serve a purpose going forward other than looking neat. It’s a huge annoyance when looking for bases to attack outside of war. Enough so that I just keep it unarmed purely to avoid the animation. I’d say the sound falls under the same category but I care less about that one. I’m assuming that’s not how you intended players to use it...

Just wanted to say I think the animation is annoying. It would be nice to have it removed, it serves no purpose that I am aware of, other than slowing us down :) Not the highest of priorities, but super annoying.
