Honestly can this game be fixed? You allowed war cheating since beginning of war. You have allowed war bugs to RUN the game. You have failed to ban cheaters at all levels. You allowed alliance to time cheat to win wars. And on top of all this now you broke war.
Regardless of what you guys say your trying. We have made adjustments to your alliance just come out and say it. You have no idea how to regulate war. There's no way to fix sandbagging and that fix you made to war. Was the most amazing fix ever. It fixed nothing. I guess your solution to sandbagging is prevent the top alliance from getting into war. Then you sucker us all with a crown sale. I'm beginning to think you have no operational control.
Your moderation team is no where to be found. Sent pm sent screen shots requested information nothing. Not only is your costumer service a joke the ability to contact a mod on your forums is just as bad. You have no answers. I feel your answer to problems is drive the high ranking players from the game and recruit new players. To drain them for cash. Hope you fixed your bank account. Start swearing on the forums seems to get there attention. But when we need help and assistance yep they are on vacation. You said many times we the players make the game. Well if that's the case. Where is the help were is the lost loot where are you guys. 3 days we have been having issues. The best response we can get is we have made adjustments to your alliance. What in the world does that mean? How about 5,000 crowns to all members of an alliance how about some real answers. Not copy and pasted messages!
