Can't make 2nd attack in World War

Map screen says I have 0 attacks left, only made the first. The Alliance tab says Attack 2 is Unused. I can scout bases but the big green 'Attack' button isn't there.

Same here, was pressing the attack button and nothing happened. Went out, came back in to attack, still nothing. Then closed the game and started fresh - no attacks left really frustrating..

Many in my alliance had this during the World War.

I think that it may be caused by these thing :
- Someone wanted to scout a base but used the Attack button and left the battle before the end of the first countdown. The battle is considered lost but there is no log of it.
- Someone started the attack and the game crashed. No log and 1 attack is consumed.
- Someone force quit the battle. 1 attack is consumed and no log.
- Simply a bug.

The only noticable difference I had this War over the first a couple of days ago, is when I went to attack the first opponent a message popped up saying they are already under attack. I waited a while, noticed nobody had attacked them, so I did and 5 starred them.

So the last of your options - a bug.

Yeah it's a either a crash (or force quit) or that bug when you get "already under attack".

We have a few people in our wars having the same problem ... not able to make 2nd attacks.

I think it is a bug .... and there is more to it than just 2nd attacks.

If you look at the war report, it shows # of attacks made.
If you then go to the list of all your members where it shows their attacks, and add them up, the quantity is less than what the war report shows ... for one war adding up the individual attacks shows 21 but the war report says 25 ....

We had this same issue! We lost a war by a few stars but had 15 guys who couldn't make thier second attack! This is such BS, fixing this crap is top priority.

Same here,
First attack said the opponent already under attack
Then suddenly lost 1 turn
Second attack, go fine, I won 3 stars
But the opponent on war map show no stars : angry

So I lost 2 turns for no reason...

Same problem here. On the main war screen it states I have zero attacks but under war report it show that the second attack is not used. :-(

This problem affected most of our alliance - some never even got their first attack in, so out of 30 possible attacks, only 14 were actually available. Naturally we lost

We have this as a constant problem... We can not track it by the usual concepts. Not using scout, double tap, crash.. Non of that. We can't figure out where it's coming from... Bounce to the top of Nexon help please!!!

Has happened to me in two wars in a row now. Attack button doesn't work, but even though it says in my log I made no attack I only had one left

Also- why is there no indication on the war map if a base is being attacked or not?

I got the same thing happen to me this war. For my first attack, I attempted to attack and it said the player was already under attack. I waited 10 minutes. The log showed nobody attacked him. I attacked, but then have 0 attacks left.

This is a huge bug!

We decided to stop doing world wars until they fix this issue. Even though we won 2 wars on our 2 attemps. We had more than 10 missing attacks in the last war, it could have lead us to a defeat. This must be top priority fix for Nexus.

This is happening constantly in our alliance. People that arent crashing, and just cant use their second attack. In our current war, we have 7 ghost attacks (dont show up as win or loss, just in the totals), and at least 5 people unable to use their second attack. When its a really close war, its a pretty terrible customer experience.

We've also had people complete battles for multiple stars, lose all their troops tactics generals mercs etc...and the victory simply doesnt show up. Bad for morale.

We have stopped starting wars as well:
The list of issues are:
1) After winning the war, war history is gone and instead of the result report (and granting the war loot) you get a Long Dudes vs. Long Dudes report (reported to CS - they have asked for patience for solving the issue a week ago)
2) Second attack is not possible to make for some members (this was reported to CS with the full description - attack attempt goes in vain when getting the message opponent already under attack - what happens in case someone is scouting the opponent's base in the same time)
3) Game crash during war attack (compared to standard attacks this appears to happen more often)
4) During active war, members can not log in to the war (as if there would be no active war - reported to CS, same answer as for 1)) Only multiple game restarts could cure the problem

Until 1) and 2) is not solved we are not giving it a try again...
