Can't make purchases since the update

Since the update I can't purchase my Google play icon will disconnect in the settings screen of the game I have plenty of memory ,I have cleared cache date , I have uninstalled and reinstalled still disconnects and won't allow purchase it will take my money our of my bank but will not allow the crowns to come .that has been compensated but the issue is that tin settings Google play icon will not stay connected thus not allowing purchases here is a link to a video showing the movement from settings to the store and back to settings https://youtu.be/SBrMMAMeejQ as you can see I can't do anything a

Thanks for your insight quali but I have also lost the ability to save progress because Google play won't stay connected in settings

We have updated the servers to address purchasing issues.

Not sure if the Forest things are related - I can ask the team to look into that in your account as well.

The Google play link in settings is still disconnected when I change screens still cannot make purchases and please address the forest that came.back

TinSoldier in game customer service is not helping me with the forest issues they don't understand the problem this isn't the first time they have come back in the same spot this forum will not allow me to attack screen shots but it's the alliance gate side top to bottom all buildings by the gate have forest now growing on them

I did customer service isn't aware of 6.5 bugs and fixes all I want to do is have my forest correct and my Google play icon connected

TinSoldier customer service didn't respond they just closed the conversation my base is still over grown with forest

Looked into your forest issue this morning. You should be fixed. Your purchasing issue may have been different than the fix we rolled yesterday. Let us know if you're still running into disconnect issues with Google Play.

Yes BHG_Muet my Google play icon will not stay connected and also when I send a message to customer service on anything it ends the conversation every time as well thank you for fixing the forest

And also I knew their was a map edit bug so I didn't move anything from the middle of my base yet when I went back the middle was lifted and I can't place in the war map editing

Maybe you have requested a refund one too many times 🤔 There's only so many times Google will refund you before they think your taking the pi$$ 😂😏

Hmm me either. I couldn't even view the prices?
I've tried the followings :
Change Google accounts (said connected, but still no prices). Clear app data, means I started from Tutorial (same thing, no luck). Last I will try to install again. It's weird, cause other apps are normal, which means it's not from the Google side.
