Can't tell if my base is fixed as now the game won't even load

I'm one of the unlucky ones whose base was messed up. It's been weeks now. Yesterday I had some hope as I thought I saw a message about receiving crowns when the game was starting up, but wasn't paying attention. Now the game won't load at all. Uninstalled and re-installed twice and still it won't get past about the 1" mark along the loading line at the bottom. Maybe my base is fixed? Who can tell? Can't play the game anymore. Very frustrating.

I've also heard that there should be an update coming out soon aimed at fixing these issues. I really got into the game then BAM couldn't play it at all..
